Refund policy

At Crazy Cousins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via crazycousins.service@gmail.com.

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and gift cards.

How to return

To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at  crazycousins.service@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund.

As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.

If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, our team will  send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to your email address.

Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop off at a facility. You need to use the return label sent by our customer service team.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at crazycousins.service@gmail.com.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
